Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) operatives have apprehended former Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Madam Nkechi Ejele. She was arrested for questioning over the role she played in the evaporation of NGN500 million Subsidy Re-investment Programme (Sure-P) cash meant for Ministry of Culture and Tourism.

Madam Nkechi was sacked by President thehelloamerica.com Muhammadu Buhari last week and has been called by the EFCC to give answers to questions on how the huge thehappyworld.org sum of cash set aside by the government for the Ministry got missing under her watch.
